DELIVER Europe 2026 will bring more than 1,000 retail and supply chain executives to Amsterdam on June 3–4, as the invitation-only event shifts its focus from long-term transformation themes toward the operational decisions companies are actively making this year.
Taking place at TAETS Event Park, the event’s 2026 agenda centers on how retailers and logistics operators are scaling AI beyond pilot programs, redesigning fulfilment networks around urban demand, and turning sustainability initiatives into measurable commercial outcomes.
Among the headline speakers, MediaMarktSaturn VP Supply Chain Joeri Kuik will discuss how the electronics retailer is redesigning its European logistics network, including automated distribution and urban fulfilment operations. Other sessions include eBay’s approach to circular commerce, Oatly’s balance between sustainability and commercial growth, and Emma – The Sleep Company’s transition from direct-to-consumer disruptor to omnichannel operator.
The two-day programme is structured around four themes including, AI deployment in retail operations, circular supply chains, cross-chain collaboration, and supply chain leadership. Sessions from DP World, Amazon Shipping, FedEx Express, Geopost, and Colissimo will also examine the rapid evolution of social commerce logistics and the growing role of final-mile networks as competitive growth drivers rather than purely cost-focused operations.
DELIVER will also release its Sustainability Pulse 2026 benchmark during the event, drawing on feedback from retail and supply chain leaders across its network to assess how ESG commitments are translating into operational execution.
With matchmaking already live ahead of the event, attendees are now building meeting schedules with technology and logistics providers across the retail ecosystem.
