Syntax Systems has announced the acquisition of Argon Supply Chain Solutions, a company known for its market-leading knowledge and digital supply chain excellence through their partnership with SAP. Argon, with its presence in the UK and South Africa, serves a growing range of multinational customers across the globe. This acquisition will add SAP digital supply chain capabilities to Syntax’s suite of enterprise cloud solutions, further strengthening its position in the market.

Christian Primeau, Global CEO of Syntax, expressed his excitement about the acquisition, stating that the addition of the Argon team to the Syntax family will expand their capabilities and infuse a critical component within their core industry verticals. He emphasized that this move will enhance their services and reach, enabling them to better serve their customers with full implementation lifecycle support for logistics execution.

The co-founders of Argon, Peter Kerr and David Webb, expressed their confidence in the acquisition.
