Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) broadens its collaboration with Systal to improve network operations and support the integration of thousands of devices across numerous European locations.

Strengthening the Partnership for Enhanced Network Functionality

CCEP, a leading beverage manufacturer, has initiated its first direct partnership with Systal Technology Solutions. This collaboration aims to propel CCEP’s network transformation journey in Europe and optimize supply chain operations. Systal, a specialist in managed cloud, security, and network transformation, will support over 6,500 devices in 300 locations across eleven European countries for CCEP.

For the past six years, Systal has assisted CCEP in enhancing its network through a multi-partner agreement. This enhancement has been achieved through supply chain rationalization, the development of a new manufacturing system, and increased product diversification, solidifying CCEP’s position as a leading manufacturer.

Driving CCEP’s Transformation Strategy

Systal has seen consecutive years of robust double-digit revenue growth, most recently by 77%. In 2023, Systal was the only new entrant among 17 businesses in Gartner’s 2023 Magic Quadrant™ for Managed Network Services. This direct partnership will boost CCEP’s business continuity across its distribution and manufacturing network infrastructure.

CCEP’s Digital Bottling Ambitions

Central to CCEP’s business goals is its ambition to become the world’s most digitized bottler, integrating sustainability and technological innovation into its manufacturing, movement, and packaging processes. CCEP’s complex supply chain and network infrastructure are crucial to its transformation strategy, which includes diversifying product categories such as alcohol and coffee.

Optimizing its supply chain function is vital to CCEP’s success and efficiency. With manufacturing locations across Europe and a variety of popular brands, CCEP’s drive to digitize its bottling process is driven by its need to enhance competitiveness and productivity.

Partnerships for Enhanced Efficiency

CCEP has built strong, collaborative supplier partnerships to facilitate this and deliver superior customer service. For instance, CCEP has partnered with SAP Ariba, a market leader in end-to-end Source-to-Pay solutions, to manage transactions efficiently and sustainably.

As one of the most iconic and influential manufacturers globally, CCEP has embraced digital transformation to become more interconnected and agile, improving the quality and speed of its network infrastructure. Systal is another partner that will help CCEP achieve its digital transformation goals through technological skill and expertise.

CCEP’s collaboration with Systal marks a significant step towards advancing the digital supply chain in the beverage manufacturing industry. By strengthening partnerships and embracing digital transformation, CCEP is well-positioned to enhance its efficiency, competitiveness, and sustainability in the dynamic market landscape.
