BrandAlley, a prominent off-price e-tailer of luxury brands in the UK and France, has enhanced its business performance by gaining complete control over its customer delivery proposition. This transformation, achieved in partnership with Scurri, a cutting-edge delivery management platform, has allowed BrandAlley to streamline its complex logistics operation based in Kettering. The company decided to bring operations in-house in May 2023, utilizing Scurri’s Connect delivery management platform for managing multiple carrier integrations.

Enhanced Customer Experience and Operational Efficiency

BrandAlley, which now boasts a membership comprising a sixth of the UK population, has also improved its order tracking facility for customers. The company can now produce branded dispatch notifications during the delivery process, enhancing order visibility. The ability to add carriers more efficiently and set shipping rules within the Scurri platform has given BrandAlley greater control over costs and its carrier management process. This has led to operational efficiencies through the automation of its order dispatch process and improved system reliability.

The partnership with Scurri has been a game-changer for BrandAlley, enabling it to react quickly to any problems with backup solutions and providing pinpoint visibility on package tracking across its entire carrier network. The collaboration has also fostered a close working relationship, allowing BrandAlley to provide feedback on product enhancements beneficial for its customer and business performance.
