In a strategic move to enhance delivery agility and service precision, Aramex is deepening its use of AI through a new partnership with Shipsy—bringing next-gen orchestration to the last mile.
From Efficiency to Autonomy: Aramex Reimagines Last-Mile Operations
Global logistics provider Aramex has entered a Master Services Agreement with Shipsy, a Gartner-recognized logistics orchestration platform, in a bid to scale up last-mile capabilities through advanced AI and predictive planning tools. The partnership reflects a broader shift toward intelligent, tech-driven logistics execution, particularly in time-sensitive delivery environments.
At the heart of the collaboration is the deployment of Shipsy’s AI-powered routing, territory planning, and workforce optimization tools—solutions designed to tighten delivery windows, reduce operational drag, and increase courier productivity. These tools are already being trialled by Aramex to support its new Same Day Delivery service, a product built to meet rising expectations around ultra-fast fulfillment and customer visibility.
Francoise Russo, Aramex’s Chief Digital and Technology Officer, said the partnership will streamline internal workflows and deliver improved service performance across Aramex’s global footprint. “Shipsy’s platform digitally interconnects every link in supply chains,” she noted, underscoring the alignment with Aramex’s goals around cost, carbon, and operational efficiency.
AI-Orchestrated Logistics for a More Predictive Supply Chain
Shipsy’s platform provides real-time visibility and intelligence across fleet activity, delivery schedules, and customer touchpoints. Its routing engine enables time slot deliveries, more accurate ETA windows, and dynamic reallocation of resources based on demand. Beyond parcel movement, Aramex is also trialing Shipsy’s Workforce and Territory Optimization solution to increase delivery density and drive better coverage across urban and rural service zones.
The partnership has particular significance for markets like the Middle East, where logistics infrastructure is evolving quickly to meet digital consumer expectations and service innovation is becoming a competitive differentiator. “We’re laying the groundwork for an intelligent and self-orchestrated supply chain that adapts dynamically to evolving markets,” said Harsh Kumar, Shipsy’s Chief Strategy Officer and Co-Founder.
In parallel, Aramex India is set to launch a Virtual Wallet to better serve SMEs and prepaid customers, enabling faster onboarding and frictionless access to its shipping services.
