Marc Weissenfeld is Senior Vice President and Global Head of Supply Chain at Bayer Consumer Health, leading the end-to-end supply chain for a €6 billion business spanning more than 80 countries. He has repositioned supply chain as a driver of growth, helping develop Bayer’s Dynamic Shared Ownership model and delivering more than 20% in cost-to-serve savings alongside record service levels and free cash flow. Previously, during a decade at Procter & Gamble, Marc led transformations, including the shift from S&OP to integrated business planning, unlocking over $35 million in incremental sales. His current focus is building AI-native supply chain organisations.
