Leonardo Marins is a supply chain and logistics executive at BAT, with more than 25 years of consulting and industry experience. His career spans leadership roles across business and IT, following positions at PwC and IBM. He specialises in global logistics strategy, operating-model design, network optimisation and digital transformation. Leonardo has led complex programmes across Europe, Asia and the Americas, delivering cost, service and working-capital improvements. Most recently, he established a global Logistics Centre of Excellence, generating £20 million in recurring annual savings through data-led performance improvement and value creation.
