Eleonore de Montjoye is Supply Chain and Procurement Director for Pizza Hut UK & Europe, leading sourcing, supplier partnerships and end-to-end supply continuity for franchise partners. Previously, she spent five years at Efficio advising organisations across food and hospitality, manufacturing, retail, luxury and financial services on procurement transformation and value delivery. A Cambridge MPhil graduate, she is an Ambassador for The Sustainable Procurement Pledge, passionate about food
and responsible supply chains.
