Bassem Awada is Vice President of Business Development at Exotec, where he leads growth strategy, alliances and complex enterprise sales for multimillion-dollar robotics systems. He brings more than 15 years of experience spanning technology, ecommerce, operations, category management and business development. Previously, Bassem led the AWS EMEA Marketing Development Centre, overseeing a team serving 115 countries across start-up, SMB and enterprise markets. During six years at Amazon, he built and scaled its EU Exclusive Private Brands business and held operational leadership roles, including launching a one-million-square-foot robotics fulfilment centre and leading operations processing more than two million units each week.
